The enquiry form prepares text in your browser. The manual enquiry summary stays in your browser until you share it. When you submit an order, reserve a consultation or send a chat enquiry, Dental License Deals and Support stores your name, email address or Telegram username/phone number, country/timezone where provided, request details, software packages, prices and messages on the server. Submitted requests queue private owner notifications; Telegram delivery occurs only when private owner alerts are configured.
Sessions, records & retention
The cart uses browser storage. Private session cookies let this browser retrieve your saved orders and chat; do not use a shared browser for private requests. Records expire after 180 days. Expired records are removed automatically when the website processes requests. You may request deletion in Support chat or through Telegram. Owner access requires the configured owner to sign in with ChatGPT.
Third-party services
If private owner alerts are configured, submitted contact details and request or chat text are also sent to the owner through Telegram. Telegram processes those messages under its own policies. Copies in Telegram, exports or backups are separate from the website records. Manufacturer resource links open external websites. The hosting provider may process standard request logs for operation and security.
Advertising and analytics
This website currently uses no Meta Pixel or advertising tracking cookies. Service-request consent covers your enquiry and contact details. Any future advertising measurement will be explained here with the applicable visitor choices before it is enabled.
What to share
Share only the information needed to discuss the software request. Do not send patient records, passwords, licence keys or remote-access credentials through the enquiry form.
