Service scope & quotation

Regular fees of USD 100–400 refer to the dental license deals and support consultation and installation service package for the selected software. Only the four featured packages have weekly 20–30% discounts. Additional listings use their regular service fee. Scope, timing and any separate charges must be confirmed with our team before work begins. Preparing a manual enquiry does not create an order. Submitting an in-app order records a request and creates a conversation for team replies. Booking a Telegram call also reserves a consultation time. No payment is taken. The service scope and final quotation must be agreed before work begins.

Manufacturer licences, subscriptions, export credits, and optional modules are separate unless explicitly included in your confirmed quotation.

Authorised software

Clients must have the necessary valid licences, rights to installation media and relevant module entitlements. Vendor access restrictions apply. We do not provide unauthorised software or bypass licence controls.

Preparation & clinical responsibility

Back up data before installation or upgrades. Compatibility and support depend on the exact workstation, release and licensed configuration. Qualified dental professionals remain responsible for clinical decisions and validation.

Changes or cancellations

Confirm scheduling, cancellation, refund and follow-up arrangements in your quotation before accepting the service.
